Morris and Co stamps

Newly released, these stamps are based on the designs of Morris and Co, established by William Morris.

Below, wallpapers from their archive collections {love the embroideries, too.}

PS Other stamps here, here, here, here, here, oh, and here; I'm noticing a trend!

I love William Morris! I'll have to make an online purchase so a British stamp makes its way to my side of the world.

I love William Morris too. In fact, I just got some fabric samples - so beautiful!

Lovely stamp collection. Serendipitously, I chanced upon Morris' home and workshop the other day on a walk along the River from Hammersmith to Barnes. It's partly open to the public and very charming: http://www.morrissociety.org/Kelmscott_House.html

I have loved William Morris designs for a while now... if only i could get these stamps in Australia, and use them on my letters.

I want to create a Morris inspired collection soon (I am a fashion designer in Sydney)- I can't wait!
