Vintage Finds: The Bucket Tree

The very talented Artemis of Tales of a Junkaholic recently opened a vintage shop, The Bucket Tree. These are just a selection of her items - isn't that pear amazing? The colour of the skin looks so authentic. Artemis has educated me about lots of issues - first it was about the existence of Kate Kanzier shoes, and most recently she has inspired in me an appreciation of vintage zips. I'm not sure I feel spiritually enriched by either of these discoveries, but it is good to keep on learning...

Oh WOW!!! Thank you Lynne! What a lovely suprise to be featured on your blog, very much appreciated indeed!

I'm glad you feel you learned something about zips and stuff from my blog...sadly I'm more spiritual about zips than I am about many important issues of life these days! I think you are very sensible to keep things in proportion!

Hopefully I'll be addeding many more treasures to the shop soon (when I get a spare moment!) XXX

Yay I love this shop too – I have been considering the pear for a while it has to be said – but the bathroom is swallowing all my pennies!

I must be very dim; it wasn't until I clicked through to her store I realised the pear is a money box.
There are some lovely things there; the blue and white ceramic pots particularly caught my eye.
