Typewriter Tuesday: Paper and Twine

I recently discovered Paper and Twine's Etsy shop, which sells a small range of cards and calendars. My favourite design is the typewriter, but I especially love how she has styled the cards with the blackboard in the background. If you look carefully at most of the photos, there is a relevant prop sneaking into the shot - look at the little typewriter key in the top photo, and the camera in the bottom one. Do you think that styling influences whether you buy something or not? For me, these blackboard shots almost have me clicking 'buy' straightaway.

Oh yeah, the styling definitely pushes me over the edge. I'm way more likely to buy something if it's well displayed.

I love the look of a chalkboard ... but always get shivers up and down my spine thinking of the noise it makes when people write on them ...

Love these! And styling totally makes the difference. I agree, I want to buy these way more! That's something that I struggle with, and one reason it takes me so long to photograph anything to put on Etsy. Besides the fact that I have no time to do it!
