Thank you and a New Year's Giveaway

Happy New Year everyone! In celebration of my 200th post yesterday and the New Year, I'm giving away these pretty letterpress cards by Sarah Parrott. Perfect for writing Christmas thank you letters!

To win, just leave a comment in the comments below, telling me what one of your New Year's resolutions is going to be - I will pick a winner at random. 2009 can definitely be your year! As people are still getting into the swing of things after Christmas, the closing date will be next Friday, 9th January.

Those are too cute!

I haven't gotten a chance to do my new year's post yet, but one of my resolutions is to cook at least once a week (I love to, but I never take the time to). I also want to start (and finish) more fun craft projects, like Rachel's super cute toolbelt apron. =)

I hope you've enjoyed your first day in 2009!

Congrats and happy new year!
My goal this year is to get back to writing. I've taken a long break from it, and it's time for me to begin again.

Hi Lynne - Happy New Year! Yes please I would like these! I don't really believe in doing resolutions, because as soon as I know I have to do something I'll find all sorts of ways not to do it. I did just decide about five minutes ago though that I'm going to stop putting myself down, so maybe that counts.... :o)

Those are beautiful cards and I love the packaging with the pretty red and whit string. I am still working on widling down my list of resolutions but it most likely will involved cutting back on coffee and wine!

I have been following your blog for a quite a long time and I can't think of a better occasion to break my silence.
Congratulations on your 200th post!!

I used to make new year resolutions list which I've never sticked to. This year, I decided to make no resolutions at all. I want 2009 to be as spontaneous as possible !!

I hope 2009 will bring you all the good things !!

Oh, such lovely cards!

My New Years resolution is to remember my friends even more this year, particularly the ones that are still single and might feel a bit left out when all other friends have paired up. Since there is no time like the present me and my fiancé started today by inviting a dear friend to a simple dinner and to a cozy hang-out-evening :)

Take care!

Love the notecards! One of my resolutions for this year (out of 10...) is to step outside my comfort zone and challenge myself to try something new.

Hi Lynne, thanks for stopping by my blog, and Happy New Year! Congrats on your 200th post. One of my goals for this year is to learn too knit or re-learn to crochet (it's been a looooong time...). Oh, and to reorganze the linen closet.
