I am getting ready to join in with Gordon Ramsay's Cookalong on Friday.
The menu looks great.

Caramelised rhubarb and ginger crumble.
The timescale is slightly less appealing - we don't start cooking until 9pm. I will be starving by the time it is ready.
I have a lot of cooking to do this week. I need to make Friday morning soup with the leftover contents of my vegetable box. And I'm still desperate to make Rachel's Coconut Rice Pudding.
