Of all these elements, only a few stand out to me {hello, old school blackboard!}, but it's the overall look of the room which appeals, and the escape to an office in the eaves. I'm currently tripping over cardboard boxes at home, and would love a space to move everything upwards and out of the way.

ohh please can i move in there? I am blessed with an studio space at home, but can do with double the space I have, you have to come over for tea, my family is visiting but I am hoping to organise some tea time soon. Nice day!!
