Getting reading for autumn

I'm taking my hot water bottle (1) out of storage, preparing to press fallen leaves (2), organising (3), shopping for tights (4), and hoping to curl up in my blanket and read (5.) I also want to make pickles, and can't wait to try the baked porridge from this book (the recipe looks delicious.)

What are you doing, or perhaps it's still hot and sunny where you are?

I'm speeding up my Christmas crafting, hunting for the perfect pair of boots, rediscovering my jumper dresses and cardigans, and looking for a new hobby - going to try Zumba tonight!

Ah - sounds divine! I'm making use of my oven for the first time in weeks and weeks and thinking about boots and socks and kicking leaves. A new hot water bottle might be in order!!

i call my hot water bottle my "buddy." i'll say to my husband "can you please please Please find me my buddy"... usually a good sign that i'm cramping.

i'm in love with it.

I love the tights... I wonder if I would have the guts to wear them.
