Washi tape gift wrapping ideas
Lots of new washi tapes at Papermash, just photographed yesterday.
The shorthand journals in the background are a find from a jaunt last weekend to Wimbledon car boot sale. I quite like the quote on the top one, which says 'Talent develops in solitude, character in society.'
The ledger paper in the background parcel is also from the car boot sale and says 'parcel abstracting sheet' - if I'd been more organised and not furiously parcelling on the day, I would have tried harder to display the word 'parcel' in the middle... The metallic washi tapes are my favourite.
Not new stock, but I loved this idea so much (seen on Once Wed, where they used it as vintage book table settings for a wedding) that I had to re-style the photo.

Beautiful styling lynne!
I stocked up on all sorts of tape before leaving Japan. I was excited to see that I could order them online when I run out, but it doesn't seem like this place ships to the U.S. :( Oh, well. I'm in stock for now...
Great styling! I especially love the top photo. My faves are the red floral tape and the checked tapes are so gorgeous x
Lovely photos and I really like the Number 4 - great idea!
beautifully photographed!!
I love that first photo- that's my kinda dessert. :)
Love these!
What gorgeous tapes!
i've still yet to buy some. that's got to change soon! the no. 4 on that book- amazing.
Love these...hopping along to Papermash now...
I will be purchasing some of your lovely tape wares sometime soon - I am recreating 'bunting invites' (from Oh, Hello Friend & Cakies) for my little one's birthday party invites.

oooh I like it!!! I have not seen anything like it before but now that I have, there is no turning back!
Love the styling of all the shots, really well done. We actually had a stall at Wimbledon car boot sale a couple of weeks ago! (Trying to shift some possessions as we're emigrating to New Zealand). Decided that I enjoy browsing car boot sales a lot more than selling at them!
Oh I am totally smitten with these tapes!
A reel of that gold striped one may just have to be mine too!

Love your tapes, and your interesting words over at Design Sponge. I am thinking of taking on a studio so I shall have to think about putting your words into practice.
Very nice tapes and great photos!! Did you take them??
LOVE! your blog is sweet. happy to find you. please stop by and say hi!
