Andrea Garland

What happens when Mum and brother G come to visit for the weekend? Brother G scouts around the Sunday Up Market on unofficial blog business (he likes some reprieve from my mum and I) and reports back with this fantastic find.

Andrea Garland is an aromatherapist who has developed a range of natural beauty products, using ethical and organic ingredients where possible, and some of which she sells in these gorgeous vintage tins.

These are a sample of her lip balms, made with cocoa, lime and lavender. I absolutely want one of these - and I think they would make such a perfect and unique gift. Jackie, I saw the peacock one and thought of you!

The Rosy Beauty Balm is available in lots of pretty compacts, and refills are available so they don't need to be a one-off purchase.

Andrea has a website, with lots more information about her products (available in non-vintage packaging too) and a shop here.

What a brilliant idea!! The rose balm sounds particularly lovely - I love anything that is rose scented. Rather pleased my birthday is coming up as one of these will be going on the list!

I am going to get one of the beauty balms. I love that she is using beautiful old things as packaging!
