I really want to go, and am in London this weekend too...but the ticket prices were crazy money...especially for a family! Nice to see some pics though...thanks! Have a nice day.
The Seventy Tree - I couldn't agree more! I looked at the tickets and they were £48! I have not been either and I imagine it is a bit of a scrum so I'm not keen. Next year I'm going to be organised and try and go early morning, during the week. There's lots of other fun things to do instead!
Lovely pics, we're so lucky to be going on saturday when I'm sure it will be an absolute bunfight and yes the tickets are ridiculously expensive, if you're a memeber of the royal horticultural society you get in slightly cheaper. I've justified it by saying that because we redoing our garden,I need the inspiration! But what's also lovely is how all the shops around Sloane Square get into the spirit and fill their windows with floral displays, worth a trip just to see that.
Coming up in July, the Hampton Court Flower Show is more reasonably priced, especially if you go late in the day. That's in a lovely location, if you can get to south-west London, and I really enjoyed it the couple of times I went.
Flora - that's why I liked the picture of the bike! I would love to hear how it goes...Struggler - that's a great suggestion, I'm actually going to the Hampton Court Food Show this weekend.
There's a Food Show??? Wow, I would love to go to that. I used to live about 30 mins walk from Hampton Court Palace (insert homesick sigh!) but I don't recall a food show. Sounds wonderful - please report back!
