Wednesday workspace: windowed wonder

When you look around this room, which are the details which jump out at you? There are so many small features, which manifest themselves after you keep looking for a while. For me, I love the light fitting, and the ordinary white magazine holders (just because I'm about to buy some similar ones from Muji to organise my magazines.) The rug is great too, although I don't think I could sit on that chair for long. Oh, and they're a Harry Potter fan...and a Louis Vuitton admirer - see what I mean?

I can only wish that one day I might have a window like that to sit in front of - and while away hours looking out of it. It just has to be more inspiring than staring at a blank wall.

Well it's got to be that gorgeous view first and foremost but second billing goes to that magnificent lucite chair.
P.S. I'll be in London next week and your London Guide for Design Sponge is going to be my go-to guide for the week!

The Scarf is the first thing that caught my eye, then to book and then the rug. Fun picture.

My you have an amazing eye for detail! The first thing I picked up was the scarf. I'm ashamed to say that I didn't even pick up the LV book until you mentioned it in your post! Very beautiful office space. Lee :)

I need workspace so badly that every Wednesday I drool over your finds. I MUST do something to give myself somewhere to work!
I love the colors in this one. Love. :)

I have this image saved on my computer for the exact same reasons. I think it's a modern yet cozy office at the same time. Perhaps the rows of books have something to do with it?

Little Willow - make sure you go to Top Shop at Oxford Circus - and around Brick Lane/Spitalfields/Columbia Road market is my favourite thing to do on a Sunday! Those are my top tips!

It's all about the little things that make the biggest difference. That mirror is so inspiring and I like how the desk is placed right in front of it. Plus the other warm feelings when you have books around you a cosy rug and the beautiful warm color surrounding you.
