Tea of the week: Wild at Heart

When inspiration is lacking, there are always flowers in teapots...from the portfolio of top London florist, Nikki Tibbles at Wild at Heart. Does anyone have any recommendations of British florists with pretty websites? There is the sublime Miss Pickering, of course, but I find that the photography is quite poor on most of the florists' sites that I visit.

I love Scarlet & Violet in Kensal Rise. They also have a pop up in Tom Dixon's Dock Kitchen!

and more on her blog

Lovely, whimsical flower arrangements. She counts Tim Walker as one of her clients and I've always been a massive fan of his!

Paula Pryke is another great florist. Not sure the pictures are that good though.

I adore The Real Flower Company.

I was lucky enough to have them do all of our wedding flowers. Their website changes often, and though the photographs are small, they are often dreamy. You just missed some utterly perfect images from their christmas range.

I have to agree over florist photography. I do love the simple white backgrounds on Blossom and Bloom for showcasing the actual flowers but not very imaginative.

Flower images get me through the winter months. This is a gorgeous post, like dessert. Love the silver "vases". A fabulous idea.

wow, what an amazingly lit photograph. I love the darkness of it, but yet the brightly colored roses are just popping off the page. really lovely image.
